How do I review the status of my employees in Onboarding?

You can review the status of employees currently going through onboarding by running the "Onboarding Status" report.

There is a custom report called “Onboarding Status” that provides visibility into the status of an employee’s onboarding process.

Employees included on this report will show an onboarding status of “Not completed” until they “Submit Information” at the end of the onboarding steps; once they submit, the employee status on this report changes to “Completed.”

The report, sorted by last name, displays the employee name, hire date, rehire (will display “Y” if the employee is a rehire), onboarding type, document information, and the status of each of the onboarding documents listed.

The document statuses are:

  1. Action Required
    1. Employee must open the document; no signature required.
  2. Action Complete
    1. This document has been viewed; no further action by the employee required.
  3. Signature Required
    1. Employee Signature on the document is still pending.
  4. Signed
    1. This document has been signed; no further action by the employee required.

Once an employee has been activated in the system, they will no longer be included on this report.
