Report Vault – "Other" Tab

Employee Demographics Email Addresses

We have updated the Employee Demographics pages with new field titles for employees' email addresses:

• The Work Email field is now called Primary Email. This email address will receive our ESS enrollment emails and password reset emails when a password reset is requested by an administrator.
• The Personal Email field is now called Secondary Email.

These demographic fields will be updated on every page they are listed on, including:

HR Admin Module

• Manage Employees
  • Employee Center → select Employee → Information (tab) → Demographics (tab)
  • Demographics (tab)
• Hire Employees
  • Add New Employee
  • Rehire Employee
  • New Hire Center → New Hire Pending → select Employee → Information (tab) → Demographics (tab)
  • New Hire Center → Employer OnBoarding → Onboard → My Info

Payroll Module

• Edit Employee Info → Employee Center → select Employee → Information (tab) → Demographics (tab)

Employee Self-Service (ESS)

• My Info → Demographics
• My Info → Demographics → “Update Demographic Information” button

Report Vault – “Other” Tab

For users with access to Reporting (module) → Report Vault, we have added a new tab to Report Vault named Other. This tab replaces the “Other” dropdown option in Payroll Reports and displays any reports – unrelated to a specific payroll processing – that have been uploaded for your company by Checkwriters.
