User Access and Rights
Users with access to Security Control Center → User Access and Rights will now, if applicable, see employee onboarding users (Role = EOB) listed on this page. And can now, if needed, change the “Active” status.
To change the users “Active” status for an employee with the EOB role, select the edit button 
to Edit the employee record, and then check/uncheck the “Active User” checkbox.
