Overview
As part of Checkwriters' ongoing effort to protect sensitive information and enhance security measures, we have added a new email notification for employees.
Direct Deposit Change Request Email
When a Direct Deposit Request is submitted through Employee Self-Service (ESS), the employee will receive an email confirming the request. If the employee DID NOT initiate this request, the early alert will allow them to notify their employer about potential fraud before the request is accepted.

Notifications will be sent to all valid email addresses listed on the employee’s Demographics page. This includes both Work and Personal email addresses. Because of the urgent nature of the notification, these emails will be sent regardless of the employee's "Can Contact by Email" setting.
