State Retirement - MARIS
For users with access to HRAdmin → Manage Employees → State Retirement, we have improved the export file processing for MARIS and now include all active employees regardless of whether they were included in the payroll. Previously, these employees were excluded.
Additionally, we have added a checkbox Variable Pay Period Employee to the For Use with MARIS Files section.
Selecting this checkbox will identify employees with variable pay periods. During export processing, these employees, if active employees in the system, will be included in the export and will include the employee’s default hours in the file regardless of payroll activity.
