      04/03/2025 Release Notes: Time Zone Selection in TimeClock Approvals

      These release notes document improvements to the Checkwriters software released to the production environment on 04/03/2025.

      Overview

      We have improved the time zone selection process on the TimeClock Mgr Approval and TimeClock Adm Approval pages. The system will now “remember” the user’s time zone selection indefinitely, across multiple pages, after making the selection just once.

      Time Zone Selection

      Individual users can use the drop-down menu to select a time zone on any of the six pages below. When the user selects a time zone on one page, the selection will automatically be applied to the other five pages.

      • Attendance (module) → Approval → TimeClock Mgr Approval

      • Attendance (module) → Approval → TimeClock Mgr Approval → History

      • Attendance (module) → Approval → TimeClock Mgr Approval → View Detail

      • Attendance (module) → Approval → TimeClock Adm Approval

      • Attendance (module) → Approval → TimeClock Adm Approval → History

      • Attendance (module) → Approval → TimeClock Adm Approval → View Detail

      The selection will now be saved for the user, even after logging out of Checkwriters and shutting down the device used to access Checkwriters.
